Price Term
Usually, we quote the price based on FOB term. Other price terms will be quoted upon request.

Sea Shipment – Yantian, Hong Kong , Keelung

Minimum Purchase
By Courier – $3,000 per shipment
By Air/Sea -- $5,000 per shipment

Payment
By T/T or 100% irrevocable L/C at sight before shipment
For OEM business, we'd ask 30% deposit for confirming the order.

Production Lead Time
We seldom keep stocks and always produce the goods upon receipt of customers' confirmed orders. Most of our products can be shipped within 15 days after your order confirmation.

Order Procedures
To smooth and efficient our communication, we prefer to follow below procedures to serve you:

a.  Inquiry: Please clearly describe the products you are interested and inform us your demand quantity and shipping method. Quotation will be ready for your reference upon clear those questions.

b.  Samples: Please issue a sample order or confirm your sample request by e-mail in advance. Sample charge might be necessary depends on the value of the samples. And usually, it takes 2 weeks to prepare the samples and will be shipped to you with freight collect.

c.  Order Confirmation: We will issue a Proforma Invoice to confirm your order. All the order details will be stated clearly in the PI. Please always sign back to confirm your order.

d.  Shipping Advice will be issued at least one week before shipment.

e.  Shipping Documents: After shipping out the goods, shipping documents will be ready within 3 days for Courier and Air shipment, and 7 days for sea shipment.

Return Policy
We only accept returns of goods with manufacturing defects. We will not accept returns of goods that are free from defects and are in saleable condition. You will be responsible for the shipping and handling charges of the returning order/merchandise. We provide free repair and/or exchange service to the merchandise with manufacturer defects. No service will be provided to merchandise damaged by negligence. After repair, the goods will be shipped to you at our expense.

We may change, modify, add or remove portions of this Policy at any time, and any changes will become effective immediately upon being posted unless we tell you otherwise
